Xbox Game Charged NO game

Solution 1:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

After removing the account follow the procedure below.

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

Now add your account again.

Solution 2:

Press the Xbox button.

Open Settings.

Go to Network and select Network settings.

Select Advanced settings.

Select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Select Restart.

- If the game still doesn't appear in your account, make sure you didn't buy from the wrong account, as the game was supposed to appear in your order history.

Robux are not charged automatically, you have to do a purchase request trough your account, this are not a charges to use the game, is in game currency to purchase content inside the game,

In the last two months, there are five charges for $49.99 for Robux on my account. There are two for $4.99 and one for $19.99. It's looks like I'm being charged for a new game every time my grandson is over and plays the game. Please advise if he is doing something wrong and how to avoid in future. Thanks!

I would like to know the same thing , why xbox charges for online multiplayer games and other gaming consoles dont charge to be online to use multiplayer games.
