Xbox Game cannot open Solved.

I have XBox Gamepass, I have already installed few games.

But some of them can no longer be open after a few days like "Age of Empire 2" and "Hearts of Iron 4", but Surviving mars can be always open.

What's the problem?

***Game can be launch again after reinstall them***

We're sorry to hear that you were unable to launch the games downloaded from Xbox app on Windows 11. We know you have contacted support and did some troubleshooting to have this issue resolved however there seems to be no resolution yet. Let us check on this together so you will get back to gaming.

We would like to ask few things for us to better isolate the issue you had, please see few questions below:

May we know if you have antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall and PC Optimizer installed in your PC.
May we know what specific games you are having issues launching? Is there an error code or message or does the game crash upon launching? Would you mind detailing this part or if you have a case number please share it with us on Private Message.
If there is no case number, would you mind providing to us all the troubleshooting you have done so far?

Clear and reset Store cache in Windows

Step 1: Close Windows Store app if it’s running.

Step 2: In the Start menu search box, type WSReset (Windows Store Reset) to see Wsreset in the search results.

Step 3: Right-click on WSReset and then click Run as administrator option.

Step 4: restart Pc
