Xbox Game Bar won't open and Microsoft apps all being extremely slow.

This problem started around a couple of weeks ago and I haven't found anything about it online since. I'm running a very beefy PC which uses Windows 11 and all of the Microsoft apps used to work just fine, they just appear to have suddenly stopped working/started running extremely slowly.

When I try to open Xbox Game Bar (with the key bind or using the app store), nothing at all happens. When I try to open the Microsoft Store, Xbox App, or the Minecraft launcher; they all take around 5 minutes each to open which is very unusual as, like I said, I have a very beefy PC and they would previously take just a couple seconds to open. On top of this, it appears that there may be issues with my Xbox network connection as, when I try to open sea of thieves (Steam version), it tells me that there has been an error with the Xbox network and kicks me back to the game's main menu.

I'm not sure if all of these issues are connected or if they are individual problems but any help at all would be greatly appreciated since, like I said, I haven't seen anyone else online have these problems and I can't find a solution.

Anytime I start a game like VRchat it's says there is an unexpected error that the game is open and when I try to play any thing on the Xbox app it won't load at times and other times it well load so slow that it won't open at all

Does this happen with every game or only some?

Is the Xbox App open in the background when you try opening the Game Bar (try both with and without the App being open).

Hi,

Have you tried restarting your xbox at all and making sure you have the latest version of the app?

Sometimes the app is just slow and won't show them the first time you open it but will if you close and reopen.
