    Xbox Game Bar won't forget game when I tell it to


    I told Game Bar to remember that Google Chrome is a game to clip something on a web game, but now whenever I uncheck the "remember this is a game" box it just immediately re-checks itself. I'm really not comfortable with it recording in the background whenever I'm using my web browser, how do I fix this?

    Go to settings>Gaming>Xbox Game bar and disable

    Then type Xbox Game bar in Windows Bar>right click>apps settings and click ''terminate, repair and restore'', restart your PC, re-enable Game bar and see if that solves the problem.

    Try reinstalling Gamebar.

    Open PowerShell as admin, copy and paste the code below and hit enter.

    Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay | Remove-AppxPackage

    Restart your PC, open the Microsoft Store app on your Windows, find the Game bar, and install it.

    The reason why I cannot do this is because my xBox Games Bar won't even open. Yes, I'm well aware that I could deinstall my captures but I cannot open the Game Bar when I'm playing a game. That is my question, how to fix that?

    I was interested when I saw the CG trailer. When I saw the gameplay, I decided it probably won't be for me. For me it seems like one of those games where it gives you a lot of options to kill and manipulate the environment, but you just end up forgetting
    about them and just shooting stuff. Only time will tell.
