Xbox Game Bar randomly deleted all my captures, is there a way to get them back?

Yesterday, I had all my files that I was going to use for a YouTube video. Today, when I checked for the videos, all the videos I recorded with Xbox Game Bar randomly disappeared without me having to do anything. I tried restarting to make sure it wasn't a glitch, but no, they're gone. I even checked on 'gallery' in the Xbox Game Bar menu, but it's still gone, nowhere to be found. The attached screenshot shows what's left. There is no scroll bar, so I know for a fact it's all gone. The only videos left are the ones I took today. However, due to a recent shortage of storage space due to having deleted videos I had already made (the edited videos I had already put onto Google Drive) I deleted the edited videos and when I saw the Recycle Bin, it was only the edited videos.

Sorry to say but if the clips were deleted and they don’t appear in the recycle bin. Unfortunately they’re gone :c

You can try using one of those softwares to recover files. But I can’t guarantee if that’s going to work

I did as written and it deleted only a few clips. Everything else is back to the way it was before. I had 117 and now I have 101, but I deleted all of them. I’m not sure what else can be done as the captures will not go away.

Edit: I just noticed it deleted all my captures from the console, despite not telling it to. It won’t delete anything on live.

I'm talking about my PC, I selected Xbox because the problem has to do with the Xbox Game Bar.

I installed windows on my 240 GB SSD, and have a 1 TB HDD to save stuff like videos, etc.

I accidentally deleted the "Captures" folder, which is in the Videos folder. And I don't know how to get it back, I can't get it back from the reciclying bin because I deleted it permanently.

No problem, what I found to be the easiest solution, (while it does involve more steps) is get a external USB drive, as large as you can afford to spend, have stuff upload to xbox live, and download all the captures onto the external as back-up, that way
all the ones in xbox live remain, and the if they get deleted you still have all of them

Actually nevermind, if i choose a capture using my xbox, select my profile/social then captures and select the capture there's an options bar which lo and behold has a delete option inside. I feel like such an ***, sorry.
