Xbox Game Bar microphone "lighted up" forever but no one can hear me.

I always used other apps to talk to people while I'm playing games, but I used the Game Bar groups in the past it worked fine.

Yesterday I tried to create a group to talk to a friend and this is what happend:

    The group was created.

It shows our names and image. Everything is fine.

But when my friend speaks, his image kinda lights up, so we can see that his voice was detected.

My image/icon is always lighted up, like I'm speaking forever, but my friend can't hear me.

I tried to change a lot of settings and nothing worked.

The only thing I can do is... mute and... unmute. Xbox Game Bar microphone "lighted up" forever but no one can hear me. :D

Mic settings in game bar are all fine (volume, voice, which mic it's using, party settings....), OS updated, mic settings are ok in devices, drivers, sounds and all configs, Privacy settings of the mic are ok in all apps, allowing them to use it, restored Xbox
app, restored Game Bar (actually while restoring, it uninstalled and I had to download it back), sound is working fine in all other apps like windows voice recorder, or non Microsoft apps (like Discord).

    So... What's going on?

    :)

My microphone shows I'm talking in settings but doesn't let me talk in game or on the Xbox game bar

If I go in the Xbox game bar the microphone settings detect my mic and the bar goes up but when I'm in a game or party nobody can hear me

Sea of thieves and xbox app voice chat won't pick up my microphone

no, i don't use the party chat, i'm in the game that has voice chat, but the microphone isn't bein picked up, so i can hear my crewmates, but they can't hear me and when i go to the xbox app>settings> audio, there is a gray bar right under where it says Voice volume and under that gray bar, you can set the volume, that gray bar looks like it should light up or show you if your microphone is being picked up but it always stays gray. When i go to the xbox game bar and launch a party, it looks like it picks it up there fine, but in the settings of the xbox app it does nothing, same for the game(sea of thieves) whenever i try to speak in the game nothing comes out on my side and the green message icon that shows if your voice is getting picked up doesn't appear at all meaning it's not picking up the microphone for some weird reason.

Broken Xbox mics (can still hear others through headset but can't reply)

I have the same problem as you guys. The microphone mute light will light up but the volume buttons don't work and they don't make a sound when you keep pushing the volume up sound and it will give you a feedback sound that you've reach the volume high limit.

People can hear me through the headset but I cannot hear them.
