Xbox Game Bar keep turning off

So i've read many troubleshoot of this issues like

Resetting the Xbox Console Companion app;

Reinstall Xbox Console Companion and redownload on microsoft store;

Force Regedit to enable the XboxEnabledCapture and so on and so on;

Powershell uninstall yet still the Xbox Game Bar keep turning off;

Update the latest Windows 10 versions.

It's been a months idk since the very last month of last year or this starting early year that Game Bar not poping up when i start my game, like Age of Empires 2 DE and Insurgency, and it get me frustated to not able to record or take a screenshot of my
game to make content since other recording app consumes and drop my FPS while recording.

What should i do now to fully able to get the full function of Xbox Game Bar? i dont know what left to do and i dont know the source of why this is happening. Don't get me wrong, i do my research before throwing the question on forums. But if anything i
have missed, i'm open for any suggestions.

Apart from gamebar does your PC/Laptop have any other capture software installed? I know Nvidia has something similar and also Ausus and even Razer now has something, I am wondering if it is one of these that may be an issue?

Actually yes, i have Nvidia which also offers screen recording. Do the two clash and should i be disabling the Nvidia screen recording functionality?
