Xbox Game Bar is useless when needed

The Xbox game bar is pre installed on Windows 10 by default and the reason it's can't uninstall because greyed out from uninstall,just like other Pre install app by default in the app advanced setting, i so sorry about that, i hope Microsoft fix that app soonly after some week.

The Xbox Game Bar is designed to help you capture and share your gaming moments, as well as join Xbox Live parties and chat with your friends. If the only thing working on the Game Bar is the recording feature, there might be some issues with your audio settings or your network connection.

Here are some steps you can try to fix the problem:



- Check if your Xbox app and Game Bar are updated to the latest version in Microsoft Store.

• Press Windows key + G to open the Game Bar.
  
• Click the Settings icon (the gear).
  
• Check for updates and install them if available.
  

- To update the Xbox app on Windows, you need to:

• Open the Microsoft Store app from the taskbar or the Start menu.
  
• Click the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner of the app window.
  
• Click Downloads and updates.
  
• Check if there are any updates available for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app.
  
• If an update is available, click Update.
  
  - Check Microphone Permissions:
  
  • Ensure the Xbox Game Bar has permission to access your microphone:
    
    • Go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone.
      
    • Switch the button for Xbox to On under the “Choose which apps can access your microphone” section.
      
  
  - Repair Xbox Game Bar:
  
  • Open Windows Settings.
    
  • Go to Apps > Search for Game Bar > Click on it and select Advanced options.
    
  • Click Repair and then Reset.
    
  • Repeat the same process for the Xbox app.
    
  - Set Default Playback Device:
  
  • Ensure your headset is set as the default input and output device:
    
    • Open the Sound Control Panel.
      
    • Set your headset as the default device for both input and output.
      
  - Add Party Chat via Game Bar Settings:
  
  • If you can’t see the option to party chat inside the Game Bar, try adding it via Game Bar settings:
    
    • Press Windows key + G to open the Game Bar.
      
    • Click the little cog icon (Settings).
      
    • Look for the option to add party chat.

oh well - xbox aus don't really care about these forums - and there Facebook page is useless and wont help.

at moment i cant even Que any games with gold due to needing to put a credit card on my account - may do that soon.
