Xbox Game Bar, error first start-up

I followed all the advice, instructions but nothing helps.

Some remarks: When I start Forza 4 (Game owned by XBOX) it shows me the same messages as the XBOX game bar.

Then, the application companion XBOX, when I run it and I want to go in the settings, the application turns off.

I would say that the problem is not just the Xbox game bar but rather the Xbox system on my pc.

Thanks for the photos. It seems like the files VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSVCP140.dll are either missing or corrupted. I suggest installing Microsoft Visual
C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3 as these files are part of the package and should resolve the issue.

ive been having this same problem, mostly when the wifi goes out. it gets stuck on this error code, and at first i only thought it could be fixed by resetting my laptop. but, if you search for the xbox game bar in the windows search bar, go to app settings
in the options list, scroll down to reset, and click repair, it starts to work.
