xbox game bar doesn't refresh after sleep

It goes to sleep/turns off after X mins. But it doesn't turn on...

Yes but whenever I do there is no progress bar and even after waiting for over an hour the game doesn't finish downloading

Try disabling and re-enabling game DVR and check if the issue persists. You need to also make sure the date and time are set automatically on the computer since that could cause issues with the game bar.

2 click on windows search bar and look up Xbox game bar> right click it to open up app settings > first click on Terminate > after that click on repair button > after that check if the issues persists.

If nothing works on the above settings, go to Game bar menu, and make sure that your input and output devices are selected accordingly. After that look up Xbox game bar> right click it to open up app settings > click on reset.

Hello again, although you've updated the Game Bar, check for optional updates to the 22H2 version of your system.
