    Xbox game bar disappeared?


    While randomly playing a game on my Laptop, I have been getting alerts that Xbox game bar is not available in my account. I have tried switching games, attempted to repair and reset it through my settings, and my settings will not allow me to uninstall
    the program. This was never an issue until today (the time of this typing) and I don't know what to do. Error code: 0x803F8001

    I checked and there was an update for Game Bar in Windows Store. When I downloaded it, a "xbox game bar" process appeared and there was another process named "xbox gaming overlay" which seems to be the startup animation for game bar. Apart from this process,
    nothing changed and when I rebooted, this process disappeared.

    However I didn't try to uninstall the latest update of Windows..

    Why cant my XBOX party hear me on PC unless Gamebar is open? my default devices settings are correct on both Xbox And Gamebar apps.

    There is a workaround: in Game Bar you can pin the party chat so that it stays active when the Game Bar overlay disappears. Click the pin icon on the party chat widget. Hopefully they fix it properly soon.
