Xbox Game bar capturing settings not available

FIXED.

Open regedit and navigate to this one. You can copy it to the new address bar on top:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\

Choose "GameDVR" from the right panel and change "AllowGameDVR" to 1.

If there isn't one:

1. Right click the empty area, choose "New" and then "Key"
   
2. Name it to GameDVR. It makes a new key / "folder".
   
3. Inside the GameDVR key, right click the empty area again, click "New" and choose "DWORD".
   
4. Name it to "AllowGameDVR". Double click it and set it to 1.
   
   Then navigate to:
   
   

   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\GameConfigStore

   Double click "GameDVR_Enabled" and change it to 1.

Open the Microsoft Store app on your Windows and go to the top right corner and downloads and updates>get updates and check if there are any updates available for the app

Also go to Windows Update and check for new updates, update, restart and try again
