Xbox game app on my windows 8 PC

Hi! today I installed the xbox game "Disney fairies" on my Windows PC and bought the first episode. Then the game told me I could load down the first episode, but it didn´t work. Then I deinstalled it and installed it again. But it still doesn´t start the
download.

What can I do?

xbox music win8 app wont stream to xbox 360

i have windows 8 installed on my pc and I have an xbox music pass. the problem is that I cant stream the music ive download on my pc USING MY XBOX MUSIC PASS to my xbox 360 in-game or using the system music player. it works when I use the zune software but
im trying to get away from which is what Microsoft intends. my windows 8 pc shows up in the list of media servers in the system music player but no music shows. PLEASE FIX IT SO I CAN STREAM MUSIC XBOX MUSIC SONGS FROM MY WINDOWS 8 PC TO MY XBOX 360 WITHOUT
HAVING TO LAUNCH THE XBOX MUSIC APP ON XBOX 360. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO LISTEN TO MUSIC IN-GAME USING THE XBOX MUSIC APP ON MY WINDOWS 8 PC AND NOT BEING FORCED TO DOWNLOAD THE ZUNE SOFTWARE TO STREAM MUSIC TO MY XBOX 360.

Backwards compatability alternative

We all know the xbox one uses what's basically PC hardware and runs a windows 8'ish OS. We also know many 360 and original xbox games had PC ports. What if Microsoft offered the PC version of these games through the windows 8 app store on xbox one?

Hello there, sorry but the Games App does not make it possible for cross-platform play. It does allow you to see which of your Friends are online, view your Achievements, send and check your messages and such as I'm sure you've noticed if you've spent some
time exploring it. It also lets you explore and forwards you to the Windows Game Store where you can check out and purchase some of the Windows versions of games that can also be found on your console.

That is the app I'm using and that I'm having the issue with. I understand that it would get my collection to my computer and I'm doing that. Again, the problem is that the "Save to my PC" option in the Windows Phone App for Windows 8 does not synchronize
Xbox Music content from my Windows 8 Phone (Nokia Lumia 920) to my computer.

This works like BigSackOfCats says above, if you have a PC, Windows 8 for sure, I think Windows 7 was like this too, you could right click on a video and use the "play to" option.

That being said, this is not even as good as the Xbox 360 has this function implemented. The Xbox music app allows me to play songs from my library on my windows 8 PC, the Xbox Video app on Xbox One needs that implemented immediately.
