    im desperate for some help.

    months ago I downloaded a few sims 4 DLCs. one of them including Get Famous. they all worked on my xbox just fine, then I stopped playing for a few months and decided to get back on the other day. all the other add ons are still available, but its telling
    me my get famous add on is not owned. (in game) but when I clicked manage game & add ons it said it was installed. so I got advised to delete & reinstall the add on, it left a message before I clicked uninstall that I could reinstall this at any time. now
    its NOWHERE to be found. but when I go online to my xbox profile it says I own it ! im so confused and aggravated ! please help.

    Uninstall and reinstall it and power cycle you're console.

    How to power cycle your console and network hardware:

    Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for five minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    Restart your Xbox One console:

    Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.

    Select Restart console.

    Select Restart.

    Note If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xboxbutton on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xboxbutton on the console again to restart.

    After five minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    Try to add and remove your Xbox
    account on your Xbox One and that should help restore your game.
