    My son redeemed a code and the funds are cleary there but can’t buy anything.

    Xbox just states that there isnt an option.

    Not sure why??

    Hey there KirstyBriggs,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums for advice on how to deal with this peculiar issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging for your son, hopefully we can help you get this resolved. I recommend having him try

    removing his profile     and then redownloading it back to the console, just to make sure that all the billing info is up to date.

    If that doesn't do the trick probably best to get a hold of customer support.

    I believe having an account underage of 18 restricts the account from some actions like this. From personal experience I believe you must add an account of age or something of the sort that is above the age requirement.

    Or is the Xbox profile above age 18?
