Xbox Fully freaking out

when i was trying to change between my 2 separete accounts i changed accounts and then suddenly before asking me to put in my password that i have on my account, it looked like it opened a game but it was eternally black screened and then i tried to get
out of the 'game' by using the home navigation menu but that would not come up either, the only thing still working was when you hold in the xbox button on the controller.dont have a clue what to do. when i do it sometimes i comes up with the home screen but
then i open the navigation menu and the selecter is only working in the background an the control cant do anything in the menu.

its a 2013 Xbox one so it might be the system just desiding to kill itself but i dont know.

tried everything. turned it off and back on again. hard rebooted it. the only thing i havent done is reset to factory.

someone plz help me fix this.

Thanks for reaching out to us today! I'm sorry to hear about the issue.
I highly understand the frustration with all of this. We did have an active service alert earlier that was affecting our Core Services. The service alert is now gone, and the issue should be fixed. If anything we suggest for you guys to perform
a Power Cycle to refresh the console.

To perform a power cycle on the Xbox:

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 30 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 30 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
Plug the console power cable back in.

One System Update Solution Or, you can try the steps from our support article entitled Troubleshooting
a blank TV screen or monitor while your Xbox One is on to see if that will provide a solution.

Currently, there is a
service alert out for our Xbox Live Core Services which may make that difficult to do at the moment, so you may want to try troubleshooting once it ends. Our website is currently down also, we do apologize for the inconvenience.

Same thing is happening to me and my Xbox after reeboting the screen stays black (when is supossed to take me to the dashboard) I try to open the Home menu and it opens and closes by itself, after that it takes me to the dashboard but I cant do nothing.
Cant opens apps or games and cant open settings. Funny thing is as soon as I disconect my xbox from the internet it goes back to normal, I can open settings, apps, etc. (Of course with no internet connection) but when I connect the ethernet cable back it does
the same thing again it goes crazy. I tried every type of restart, reboot, even with my router. When I tried conecting wireless instead of etherned it said: “Your conection is good but something is wrong on our end. Check xbox.com/status” When I go to Xbox.com/Status
page shows a error.. What the f—k is going on? Today is my only day off and all I wanted to do was play for a few hours and now this..
