    2 months ago my xbox started not allowing me to access any of my digital games by that I mean that when I go to my xbox game full library it never loads in there is also problems such as when I try to install games on Microsoft store the install button infinitly loads and then says problem on our end. I also cannot join my friends party as I just disconnect I've already did console factory resets and removed my account and signed back in. I know it's not a account thing as my other accounts are having the same problem. It's been 2 months of this someone send send help plz.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Do you have an external hard drive plugged in on your console? If yes, kindly unplug the external hard drive then perform a powercycle on your console. Make sure to keep the hard drive unplugged then check if it will work. It can be your external hard drive is corrupted.

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If you don't have an external hard drive, resetting your console removing everything will be the last resort.
