    My sons xbox froze during an update. I've tried doing an offline update, didn't work. I'm now trying to restore to factory settings but it is still not getting past 86%. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this?

    You need to call support at (800) 4MY-XBOX and have them open an unauthorized access investigation. Your account will be frozen during their investigation.
