Xbox froze and need repair order

Hi,

I am a preview member and my xbox one froze. Xbox support said that I needed to post my repair request order. The gamer tag is .

The xbox one serial number is [Mod Removed]with a date of purchase is November 2014. Email address is:[Mod Removed].

My phone number is [Mod Removed].

The rep said you would contact me today about the replacement xbox since Microsoft covers problems like this when you are a preview member.

Xbox customer support did an order for my non-preview xbox and is the process of cancelling it. I specifically told the rep the serial number and the purchase date but she chose my others son's xbox, he is not currently a preview member (just has a preview
member request pending).

Xbox One making Loud noise.

you need to send your xbox one in for a repair . loud noise for a xbox one is not normal you can start repair order at xbox one support .com then you need to go down at the bottom where see repair and service center after that register your
xbox one console then start a repair order . if you need more help you can call xbox support or go to xbox one support website do a text chat

Can someone please tell me how to organise a repair of my xbox one

when doing a xbox one service order you need to go xbox one support website then go to the bottom where you see repair and service center to start a repair order and follew the intructions and you need to register your xbox one console or accessorys.
I just got done with a xbox one service order and my xbox one console coming back to me so can play my games.

You will need to post in the preview forums since you are a preview member. BTW, you should never post personal information in a public forum. Just so you know sometimes phone support's information is not 100% accurate. Good Luck!

Correct, please do contact Preview forums. Their dedicated team should be able to process options for your repair as the console was covered part of the preview program when you verify to have been joined

If you followed the steps in the freeze guide, and nothing helped, then I am afraid its time for a repair. Just to be certain, your xbox froze without the hard drive being in? If so, there is a problem with the xbox and it will need repaired.
