    Xbox froze after trying wallpaper feature


    So I finally decided to try the wallpaper feature rolled out in the preview program. I save most of my photos on a USB flash drive so I used that which fyi works fine for changing wallpapers on my 360. I found a photo and I selected the "set as wallpaper"
    option then I selected "go home" to see the home screen. After returning to the home screen I quickly discovered that My xbox had froze and the controller had stopped working. I called customer support and after power cycling the console and troubleshooting
    the controller, my xbox one still remains frozen. Some of the voice commands work and only the home button on the controller registers. U guys mind finding a fix for this BS so I can get back to SUNSET OVERDIRVE and that EVOLVE ALPHA. THANKS Reference # [Mod

    I bought wallpaper for my 360 once then after I transferred all items to a bigger hard drive my wallpaper is only available online not offline like it used to be. so they done it before.

    Please try to keep preview issues limited to the preview forums. That way the people responsible for the programming can see it and fix it.

    Also, try holding the power button for 10 seconds until the console shuts down then unplug everything from it and let it sit for 5 minutes before turning it back on.
