    About 2 or 3 years ago, I got an Xbox from New Zealand and I live in Brasil. Nowadays I'm looking for games like just dance(2015, 2016) but I can't find them for my videogame, because of the region. There is a different code, I need to find PAL games but
    I just see NTSC in the stores. What can I do?Is there a chance to receive another console from Microsoft? Is there a store where I can buy new PAL games in Brasil?

    discs region code is incorrect for this console

    Xbox games and items are region specific, meaning actual countries.

    If you live in New Zealand, you must make sure to always get New Zealand games. Never order from another country.

    PAL and NTSC games are usually limited to the regions that they are available in. If you cannot find PAL games in Brazil then you'll need to purchase a new console in that region so you can play the NTSC versions of the game.

    For region free games you can use playasia but just dance is region specific sorry
