Xbox friends removed.

Just as the title says my xbox friends are gone I had a bunch of friends and now I have 18 friends not sure why xbox removed them agiants my say but I dont want to have to re add all of them agian is there anything that can be done?

Thank you I figured that might be it when I checked multiple of my games and went to invite and seen that it registered I had friends even if the game couldn't pull their profiles. It's good to know for a fact though.

There has been an issue with the servers today. Once that's fixed, you should see your friends again. You don't need to re-add them as they haven't actually been removed.

You should be able to fix this issue by redownloading your profile. I found a different post with the solution below:

Go to Settings, and then select System.
Select Storage.
Select All Devices.
Select Gamer Profiles.
Select the gamertag that you want to delete.
Select Delete.

Once you have done that, Clear System Cache and do that process 3 times! Now, recover your profile.

1.Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).

2.Select Download Profile.

If you're not seeing Download Profile, press X to sign out of your profile.
