Xbox Friends List issue! plz help!

So my friend and I have been friends for a while, Recently I unfriended her by mistake, and when I went to add her, it just shows her offline.

We have been in a party together, and tried re-adding eachother, hard resetting, blocking eachother, and unblocking eachother, and trying everything to get it to work.

When we are in a party, everyone see's her as online, but I can't. It is really irritating for both of us, and we would like to know how to fix it!

Some one plz help me... My Xbox just started this thang a couple dayz ago, it'll freeze for like 4 or 5 mins EVERYTIME I hit the Xbox home button. I.have no clue wtf to do someone plz give advice

To start out, does your friend have any privacy settings to hide her online presence for people who aren't friends? Also, if you haven't tried already, try unfriending her, removing your profile from your Xbox One, then add your profile back and re-add her.
Make sure she adds you back as well Let us know how it goes.
