xbox freezing

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help, my xbox one continues to freeze on and off during gameplay and even on dashboard screen, also on a few occasions been stuck on green load up page. Have tried almost all I can find and even tried using usb for OSUDT2 but xbox
wouldn't do update, held bind and eject but with no joy atall.

Does your XBOX360 freeze?

I faced screen freeze problem 2 or 3 times, and it was because of the faulty game discs. But there are some other reasons that make your screen freeze while playing. Overheating is a most common reason. You may have a look in this article that explains it- Xbox Freezing Solutions.

Also to add to it have had a lot of "game/guide has taken too long to start.

 

If you still can't update your console

If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps in the Xbox One System Update Solution, and the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool has also failed to resolve your system update issue, you'll need to submit a request to have your console repaired.

To submit a repair request, visit the Xbox Online Service Center.

It sounds like you have tried all available options, were you able to reset to factory settings?

 

in the end couldn't even get passed the green screen but after about 15 attempts at offline system update it finally made the two start up sounds ive been waiting for to only get to 26% and froze and crashed again. So have now arranged for a repair.
