    Xbox freezing when signing in


    I have an Xbox one that I can’t sign in on. When It comes up to sign into my account it lets me type the password and as soon as I hit enter the screen changes to white, and it freezes. I’ve tried the log on a different device option, and logged on my phone and I get exactly the same result, it says I’m all set on the phone then freezes on the Xbox same white screen. I tried a soft and hard reset, still same freezing issue. We are hooked to wifi and it’s working properly. The only thing I have done lately is change the password yesterday, and that’s why it’s asking me to put it in today. I was logged into the Xbox when I changed it on my phone. I know the password is correct, it’s working fine on my phone. I’m just not sure what else to try, it was working completely fine until today and I just can’t log on. I’ve also tried to let it sit on the white screen to see if it will finally work and eventually it kicks it back to the normal screen and it’s not logged in, and I’ve tried leaving the console off for a while too. I’m not sure if anyone else has any ideas before I do anything drastic, any help would be very appreciated my son is kinda freaking out lol! Thanks in advance!

    Arrgh!!!!!! *sign* my xbox same thing also since this morining i had post about it but someone delete it, i find when i connect to network and sign in to xbox live it freeze but not sign in to xbox live but still connect to network no problem or not connect
    to network but still sign in no problem.

    it only freeze up when both sign in to xbox live and connect to network.

    If you have an external hard drive connected unplug it and don't plug it back. Restart your console and try to sign in.

    Also, try to connect your console to your mobile hotspot or any other network and then try to sign in.
