Xbox freezing Then shutting off

My Xbox is freezing then buzzing then crashing and turning the Xbox off when playing the new black ops 4 beta I’ve had this trouble with a Witcher 3 in the past just not this regularly. I have played Skyrim and fortnite with no issue in the past
and tried restarting the Xbox and also unplugging and restarting

MY XBOX ONE IS FREEZING WHILE I AM PLAYING GHOSTS ... KINECT KEEPS WORKING THEN SHUTTING ITSELF OFF ... COMING BACK ON ...

XBOX DOESNT RECOGNIZE VOICE COMMANDS ??

ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCE THIS????

 

Skyrim Freezing?

I will try shutting off autosaves. If it doesn't stop freezing, at least it'll save space on the memory card!

 

Same happened to me. Support team told me to exchange due to a corrupted hard drive. 1.

2. I need an external flash drive to update the hard drive. Makes no sense what so ever. I did all the troubleshooting they asked and the problem still exist. I asked what happens if I exchange and it does the exact same thing? I was told if it happens again
call us back. WHAT!? I had an xbox 1 for 4 years no problems. Upgraded to an xbox 1 x within the first 3 days of having and playing one game not even downloading any other games. It sends me to troubleshoot and code errors. Im exchange it asap if it happens
again im getting a regular xbox 1 again. I received little to no help.

If it is game specific and other games work just fine you may want to consider contacting the developer of the game that is giving you trouble.

Thought is was one of the games turns out it is the console that does not work properly. I went through all the troubleshooting processes I am open to anything to fix the issue but the information seems to lead me right back to the same conclusion. I
do not want to swap consoles to have this happen again. I was searching to see if anyone else was having the same issue and I see mixed reviews some say it is fixed some say not fixed. Almost 2 weeks I have been trying to see if the issue resolves itself.
No good seems to get worse and worse. I going to bring have it exchanged today we will see what happens with the new one.
