    Xbox freezing - I just want to talk to someone


    Is there a UK contact number that I can phone to physically speak to someone about my brand new Xbox one which was delivered on 8th January and have been practically unable to play a games since then. I've worked through 17 steps of Xbox support for freezing
    games and still no joy even after having to do a complete factory reset deleting all data and games off console to then sit down load my games again to actually not even be able to get into game without it now just returning to home screen every time.

    Is this the quality of Xbox products now? And as for support I've not been able to chat to anyone as online chat service just keeps reloading a blank page so I'm beyond my tether now and just want to talk to someone human who can say yeah ok your Xbox is
    goosed we'll send a new one as I'm waiting on retailer getting back to me also in regards to this issue also.

    You would have to request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change the category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.

    All I want is someone who knows what they're talking about and can resolve the problem to sort out a Game Pass Quest issue with a game not registering the quest. I don't want to "talk" to someone, I don't want a "call back" just want someone to sort this out. The available options are just utterly cumbersome.
