Xbox Freezing Error Code E105

So I have a problem that has happened like 3 days ago, everytime I turn my xbox on it gets stuck on a black screen and I know its not the Tv. So after its stuck on a black screen for a while the reset thing pops up and I have reset it to where I can keep
my games and apps and so it turns off and goes on the preparing console thing but it freezes, and then the same screen pops up where I have a choice to reset it, so it freezes on the preparing console thing about 3 or 4 times, so then i give up and just unplug
the console over night, or for about a day so then i plug it back in and it gets past the preparing console thing, and then it loads and stays on 50% and doesn't go past 50%. So I try a couple of times and it doesn't work so I unplug it overnight and try the
next day I turn it on and its goes past 50%, so i type in all my info and then it works about 30 minutes to an hour sometimes overnight if im lucky, and after that it freezes again and so Im forced to restore factory defaults *keep this in mind i have tried
both of the reset xbox things* so after i restore factory defaults it does the same thing again, like how it does when i do the keep games and apps. So then it eventually gets past 50% and I type in my info again and it says welcome, so I download like my
video apps so I can finish hunter x hunter. I don't download the games i had, so i click on the app to watch hunter x hunter and it will freeze (we thought it was the app but it wasn't)so i hold the power button for 10 sec and try but it doesn't work, so then
i have to hold the eject and power button to get to the reset screen, and i once again restore factory defaults and it doesn't work once again so i unplug it and wait until the next day, it goes past 50% and this time it only downloads the apps the xbox needs
and i just don't download anything, so i just use the microsoft explore app and it works for about 10 minutes but then it freezes up again with the error code E105 so my question is what is wrong with my xbox? Can i fix it? Or do i just need to get a new one?
If so what do i do with the old one? I've only had my xbox one for a year and a half so please help me

Startup Error Troubleshooter for the E105 error here.

If this error can't be resolved through a factory reset, your console needs to be sent in for service.

if factory resets don't fix the issue, then it could very well be a hardware problem.

Just to be sure, please check

to see if you have tried all the steps available.

If you tried all steps (which you likely have) then the next step would be to request a repair for the console, the process to request a repair will also show if the console is still in warranty or not and what the repair costs will be when outside of warranty.
