    Xbox freezing/ crashing online games


    Hi there.

    Some online games are causing the system to freeze.

    Tried rebooting as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the games, but still no luck.

    Anyone have similar issues? Possible resolutions?

    Minecraft xbox one try to play a world online and it instantly crashes

    When I sign it, it works. When my son signs it and doesn't uncheck online mode the game will freeze and crash to xbox home screen. The Xbox Live Gold account was created with my account.

    Oh yeah. Its ONLY Red Dead Online that it does this to me. No other game crashes whatsoever and when it does crash, the screen will freeze. I can dashboard and quit the game and back into it and it'll shut my xbox down completely. I'm getting sick of
    it. No other game but Red Dead is doing this to me.

    Both of these options we’ve tried. System was already connected to 8888 and 8844.

    Hi, and did you already tried using a completely different WiFi network?
    If not, for this purpose you can share mobile data via wifi hotspot and connect the console in that way

    By the way, are you using an insider build / beta OS on your console?
    And, do you have USB accessories connected to it?
