Xbox freezing cant leave home

Hey my names John I am part of the insider program, my xbox has been freezing and will not allow my to go to anything but the home screen. tried to hard boot did nothing please help

Nov 2012 update causing issues with my 360

Same thing is happening for me.

I found a bit of a work around, as soon as the xbox leaves the first splash screen hit the home button and then launch disc. It booted me into Halo after freezing if I let it go to the dashboard

Can’t leave home

Have you tried to resync the controllers or run the controllers wired? Does it happen when you are in a game?

does your console freeze to where you actually cant press the home key on your controller?
