    Xbox freezing and when start a game it makes a loud noise and kicks out of the game!


    Im trying to fix my sons xbox. when we go into GTA the screen goes black and makes a loud noise and exits from the game.

    Also, when I go into Fortnite, it just kicks back out of the game.

    And when we start it up, the startup screen (green xbox symbol) it freezes or looks super pixelated and messed up.

    I tried doing a factory reset and wiped the entire system and installed one game GTA to see if it was fixed and it still made the loud noise and backed out of the game.

    But YOUTUBE works perfectly!

    Help me!! I got this xbox one S in May!! I can't afford another one!

    The Xbox One usually makes a noise when you start a game/app which means that the hard drive is working which causes the loud noise, it slows down afterwards when you're playing the game/app

    I'm having this same problem as well. It freezes after the custscene on the level aftermath or when I'm playing multiplayer it will make a buzzing noise then kick me out to the dashboard.
