    For the past few months, all of my games are freezing and having infinite loading screens. At first it was just Fortnite, then it slowly spread to all of the other games that i play. All of my games freeze the same way; the audio cut in and out, then it
    cuts off completely, then the screen freezes, then the entire xbox freezes and i have to turn it off and back on only for the same thing to happen. I have tried everything. I factory reset both ways, i held the power button for 5 seconds, unpluged the power
    cord and waited, I clear all the cashe, i deleted all saved data, i’ve uninstalled and re-installed every game, which includes nfl madden 20, apex legends, fortnite and nba 2k20 and nothing works. What is the problem?

    Yes i’ve made sure it wasnt an internet issue. Xbox support wasnt much help either. They tell me to do all the things i’ve already tried multiple times. Nothing works. What type of damage would cause this to happen?

    Have you made sure this is not an internet issue? Sometimes, the game client sends pings & when your internet doesn't respond it causes the code to freeze.

    Otherwise, I would contact Xbox support here: https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    This could be a Xbox issue; meaning your xbox has damage and cannot process your game client.

    Yes the freezing has stop but every now and then the game audio gets buggy certain parts will cut out like gunfire or npc talking but I believe this is a gearbox issue not an xbox issue anymore, so far thought when the audio cuts out I just save game nd
    reload it seem to fix it for a short while

    It still doesn't work. I just tried to replay Captain Marvel on the Xbox 360 and the picture freezes and the audio cuts in and out. I just tried it again on the Xbox One and it worked flawlessly.
