xbox freezes when launching game

Hi guys, so I'm trying to figure out how to fix this problem I'm currently having. It involves my following games Batman Arkham Asylum, and Batman Arkham Origins freezing up on launch. It's not a problem with scratches (at least, for Origins as it's new
and was a birthday gift I received) So like, for Batman Asylum, it freezes up when I just try to launch it (where it shows you the studios and stuff that made the game), and for Origins it freezes on the part where it shows the logo with a white background
all like this (I couldn't find anything else that shows this)

Yes, I also have tried the screen freeze solutions, and they have all not worked. Please help! Thanks in advance!

Backwards Compatible Not Working

Installed Injustice and when launching game, it freezes during 360 splash screen game doesn't load. I deleted download and downloaded again. Same thing. Please help....

XBOX PREVIEW DASHBOARD APP NOT WORKING!!!

I just downloaded the Xbox Preview Dashboard App for Xbox One but after launching, the app freezes and returns to the home screen when the "Join" button is selected. Anyone else having this issue?

Hey there Aura!

To start off, here's a few questions for you to help us better understand the situation:

Do you have the disc or digital versions of Asylum and Origins? It looks like you have the disc version of Origins, but I want to be sure.

Do you have any other disc games that you can try on your console? If so, that will give us a hint as to whether the issue lies with the console.

Do you have access to another Xbox 360 console (perhaps a friend or family members?) that you could use to try your copies of Asylum and Origins? If so, that will give us a hint as to whether the issue lies with the games.

I'm sorry to hear about your current issue with a game not launching. If your game won't start (when you launch it, you don’t get past the game loading screen) you may need to troubleshoot problems with your device.

That's a great game when it does happen to launch normally.

For issue with any game not launching appropriately, it's best to go ahead and start off with the troubleshooting steps outlined in our support article entitled “My
Xbox One game won’t start or freezes during gameplay”.
