Discus and support Xbox freezes when i put in Smackdown vs raw 2011 disc. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I recently purchased Smackdown VS Raw 2011 and my Xbox 360 freezes.     Xbox freezes when i put in Smackdown vs raw 2011 disc.


    I recently purchased Smackdown VS Raw 2011 and my Xbox 360 freezes. This is the only disc I have that freezes my Xbox 360. Is there any way to fix it?

    It's possible that the disc you purchased, which is likely a used game at this point, was damaged prior to your purchase. If there are any scratches on the disc, this can affect your Xbox 360 console's ability to read it, and in turn cause issues with playing the game. It may also be the age of the console, though you appear to be taking good care of it, since it's able to play other games just fine.

    After doing some research, it appears this game always had some issues with freezing while playing it even when the game was brand new.

    As we no longer provide support for the Xbox 360 hardware, there is no further troubleshooting that we have available for you at this time.
