    xbox freezes then won’t turn fully off


    so basically i was playing nba 2k20 and i loaded into the park and i went to change my clothes and then my xbox froze so i tried turning it off manually thru the main power button on my physical xbox but then it made the sound that ot was turning off and
    the power button started blinking nonstop it wouldnt fully turn off it was pretty late so i decided to go to bed and i just left it i woke up and it was still blinking so i factory restarted it and i hopped on the game and did the same exact thing like i dont
    know what to do i pay 200$ for this man and it doesn’t work cmon i need someone to help me if anyone could contact me that’d be great at 765-535-8429 please someone help it would be very appreciated.

    ive tried everything it still does it i dont think anyone else in the world has this problem i cant find anything on the internet about it either
