    Xbox freezes during games


    Hello, my Xbox One freezes during games, however, the home button still works and I can come out of the game and access others apps. I have restarted the console, logged out and then into my account
    and held my finger down on the power button for 10 seconds. Regardless of me doing this the problem still doesn't stop... is there anything that can be done to fix this or will i have
    to bite the bullet and admit my console is broken?

    If you console is freezing during different games, I would recommend trying the steps in our
