Xbox freezes during any game

    Xbox freezes during any game


    I have looked everywhere and tried everything to get this problem to stop but nothing works.

    My problem is that when I am playing a game it randomly freezes from 5-25 seconds but this only happens on my home wifi any other wifi works completely fine.

    I did a test to see if it was just my Xbox that was the problem so my friend came over and started to play a game on his Xbox on my home wifi and it was freezing the same.

    It's not my Xbox it's my network

    Someone, please help

    If you console is freezing during different games, I would recommend trying the steps in our

    Screen Freeze     Troubleshooter.

    How often do you run into these problems with the console freezing, is it just happening while on the dashboard or more while on games and apps?

    Have you attempted any troubleshooting and if so what troubleshooting have you tried?
