    every time i get out of the settings in my xbox series x home screen freeze then it get to black screen and it back to normal sometime it doesn't go to black screen and i have to press home button then refresh home to it to work if i did nothing it just freeze in home screen and i can't move anything what can i do to fix this?

    We experience a complete freeze. When the account that freezes is hosting the world in splitscreen, all players and the world freeze.

    When the account that freezes is the second player, not hosting the world, no one freezes.

    When the account that freezes is hosting a world on xbox, and I join on my PC, only the xbox player freezes. I do not freeze on my PC, and the world does not freeze.
