    Sorry to hear you're having issues with getting a free trial of Xbox Live Gold.

    In answer to your question - YES! ^.^

    Each console comes with 3 free trial memberships for new accounts. You can find the full details in our

    30-day trial Gold membership article.

    Please note that these trial memberships are only available when you create a new account on your console.

    Hi jin7999,

    As you've mentioned, you're getting an error code 80190128. This may mean that the Xbox Live Gold free trial subscription that you’re trying to sign up for has already been redeemed. It is either your Xbox Live account already redeemed the free trial Gold
    subscription or the console that you're using already reached the limit for trial accounts (3 per console).

    No free month trial.

    Also, please be aware to avail of the free trial you now have to enter a payment option as the trial does renew to a 1 month Gold Subscription as standard. But once you have the free trial you can cancel the renewal on the website or by contacting support.
