xbox "free" 5 dollars. Also a billing issue

I recently got 5 dollars from xbox to "start off the holidays" i spent a little. I had 9 dollars previously but i cant access it. It says 72 cents are left from the 5 dollars and they expire on 2/5/18. I need the 9 dollars now! Any
help? No, i did not spend the 9 dollars.

What services are provided for Gold Memberships?

Party Chat, Party gaming, Xbox Rewards, Xbox Deals, App access, online multiplayer, matchmaking servers, access to demos a week early, Free games/dlc occasionally, im sure there is a couple more, but these are the only ones i care about.

And just in the past 3 weeks, i have saved 35 dollars on DLC through the Gold Deals. And have earned 5 dollars in free points through the Rewards........ So that in itself is a One Year Sub card in savings.

Holy Cow why was this game released?

10 dollars, 5 dollars, free. It isn't the cost that concerns me, it is that they didn't take the time to integrate stuff they already learned, It is just lazy and dumb.

Advanced warfare has a good campaign and alright multiplayer. Hardline has a awful campaign and broken multiplayer. Personally I'd say neither, but I'd suggest Battlefield 4 over both of those. Also titanfall is on sale for 5 dollars on the xbox market place
and free in the vault as is battlefield 4 and hardline.

If your billing information on your Microsoft Account does not match the billing information on your payment method, you cannot sign-up. Also, if you do not have at least 1 dollar available you cannot sign-up. Even though Microsoft will not actually take
the dollar, it has to authorize for 1 dollar to verify that it is a valid account. Some other possibilities... (tho less likely)... if you already consumed the 3 free trial accounts that came with your console, you will not be able to sign-up again, though...
it will usually just not give you the option. Another possibility is that there is some sort of "risk block" on your transaction, in which case, you would need to contact customer support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX.

To your first point, the Xbox One costs over $600 in the UK when converted from pounds to dollars, even after the price reduction. Also, the free game is in the US, also.
