Xbox free 1 month trial not working?

So I just got an xbox one and created an account.

I then activated the 1 month free xbox live gold trial through my xbox system, and after successfully activating it through my credit card, it still shows that I do not have a gold membership.

However, when I check on the website through my PC, it shows that I do indeed have a gold subscription active, which expires February 25, 2016.

Any reason why it's not working? Also, how do I check my current live subscription on my xbox one. (Settings > Subscriptions, just says "Learn about Gold membership")

I've been trying to use the Free Xbox Live Gold 1 Month trial thing but it doesn't show up anymore

They updated the website as xbox noticed that people were setting up new accounts and setting them as there home xbox for free 1 month free trial

Just buy a 1 month trial as they are only 6.99euro for 1 month

hi , i was told by freind that i could try xbox live gold for free by using the 1 month free trial at chekout , but when going there icould not find a free trial to try xbox live

Have you tried to play an online game or download a free game under Games with Gold?

 

Yeah, there's a game on the store I think Need for Speed Rivals, and says "FREE WITH GOLD" and then I click that which takes me to the buy xbox live gold page.

I also even try buying the FREE GOLD BONUS games from the store on my PC and says I need to pay $20.

Trial subscriptions do not give you games with gold ability and the console is still going to keep prompting you to purchase gold because it's a trial. Hence the word "trial" in the name. Trials also might only be game specific, and again, it doesn't give
you the full benefits of a paid subscription.

I should be able to do everything a normal Gold member could.

The one month trial that require a credit are eligible for the games with gold.

I'm pretty sure the 1 month trials is the same as paid ones, when using your credit card info. Only the 14day trial and the 2day trials are not.

 

Similar (or the same) issue here - yesterday on my PC I entered my credit card info and activated the one-month free trial of Xbox Live Gold, received the email today from billing@microsoft confirming the $0.00 purchase, and it shows up in my account when
I sign in on PC as an active gold subscription that will renew on Feb 25/16.

When I sign in on the console though, under "Subscriptions" it just says "Learn about Gold membership" and takes me to the purchase options. No indication of an active Live Gold subscription anywhere, no multiplayer options for Star Wars Battlefront, no
menu options for games with gold, etc.

And you should beable to use the trial as it also has gold features. I've used them a few times in the past.

 

I've fixed my problem by migrating my account to my country.

 

1-Month Free Trial can be availed via
http://xbox.com website, it's different from the 2 and 14 day trial that you redeem therefore you can actually use that to download free games under Games with Gold.
