    The best thing to do right away is change the password to the Microsoft Account to regain control of the account. If charges were made fraudulently through an account takeover, you must remove the card from the account and contact your financial institution
    to submit a fraud claim since your card information was also compromised.

    If you completely lost control of the account and can no longer sign in by ay means, I suggest contacting customer support:

    I always have a good talk toward Microsoft for a few years now. On True achievements, twitter, everywhere. But being charged twice and 2 months in a row without admitting their mistake, is stealing, by definition. How would you call that? Im really sad because
    I have the feeling that I would need to put a stop to one of my passion because of their behaviors.

    By the way, if I insist, it is precisely because the service I had this morning on the phone was horrible like everytimes I’m trying to reach someone at Xbox. I don’t know why but it seems they are unable to understand normal logic. You see those screenshoot?
    This is legal proof that that representative didn’t even want to see.

    You want me to let you steal 103$ from me without saying anything? Are you insane? I encouraged you for 10 years and that’s how you thank your customers?
