    Xbox France: Impossible to reach the Support


    Hi,

    this message beacuse it's absolutly impossible to reach any support agent either by phone or by live chat here in France.

    The phone support just sends you back to the online help and then hangs up.

    I'm trying to get a follow up on an online automatized repair demand for an Xbox controller, but there is no way I can find out what's the satus of my order.

    How can I reach for real agent help?

    You would need to request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change the category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.

    Good luck with that! Call back does not work in the UK, been trying for 1 week. Just says error 'There is an issue our end. We are dealing with it'

    Tried calling them, but if it is XBox related they just tell you to use call back, which did I mention....doesn't work!!!

    Hi all; i ve the same problem. Already a screen of signing in is different from the normal one. And all my account have the same issue. And on the top, impossible to reach a tech support in France!!! I find it scandalous in regard of a price of xbox and
    all the monay made with equippment.

    I hope the engineerings will solve it quickly.
