    XBox Forums are USELESS


    Major problems with quality of DVR recordings

    Not one respone in 14 days. And this place is where the phone support folks said I could get the best help.

    Go buy a PS4 and be rid of Microsoft.

    CoD forums are useless...

    COD tends to give players a lot of reason to want to vent their anger. Better to complain about issues than to let them go without resistance. TA but particularly IW already give the impression that their games don't need fixing.
    Not complaining would just be a reason for them to not bother fixing and improving at all.

    Yup, a COMPLAINT thread about people COMPLAINING, while COMPLAINING that other are stoopid for COMPLAINING................./facepalm.

    XBox Forums are USELESS

    I have to say I'm starting to consider moving over to Sony. Like you, I can't get a single response, and anytime I attempt to speak to support and (hopefully) try to get a Tier 2 tech, they always drop the "sorry but you'll need to send your console in for
    $160." Some of the worst service, and this is before they transfer the forums to Microsoft's forums... I'm sure thats gonna help LOL.

    I'm sorry that phone support directed you incorrectly. Phone/chat support is where you'd get official support but the forums are mostly frequented by regular gamers not agents.

    I'm sorry that phone support directed you incorrectly. Phone/chat support is where you'd get official support but the forums are mostly frequented by regular gamers not agents.

    the title of the part of forum ADDITIONAL PORTS FOR MULTIPLAYER says it all.... that's what ports he means and he is right.... the name suggests, as do links generated and used by Microsoft in their PORT FORWARDING support page suggests in addition to the
    ports they suggest opening on router, other ports specific to certain games may also need to be opened. They then provide a link where to find info on these additional ports and that link brings you here... no additional ports .....
