XBOX Forum Revamp

Hey you guys... Any of you guys know if the forum is gonna get a new revamp anytime soon?... Just wonderin'. I'm new here and gettin' to the forums sections kinda, not so straight forward process. Be awesome to be have more user friendly UI.

Avatars are getting a complete revamp soon on xbox one.

 

Wouldn't count on it this is the main forum page I use I can then move onto.the uk forums easily from here just bookmark it and you'll be back in no time!!

New forum user and already wants a forum revamp, welcome to the family my friend, haha.

But yeah as Boozy has said, don't hold your breath and just try and make it work the best for yourself as you can.

 

There is a long line that's been asking for the same thing for over a year. Welcome.

 

Yea been asked for about two years now, anything is possible but at this point I really doubt it haha.

I've never seen this forum in any previous format either. For like the biggest software company in the world! Xbox 1 is based of Windows 10's UI and I'd say this forum looks like Windows 10 format. Well at least it's clean no ads no viruses on here. And
when you sign in on this site, the address bar is highlighted green with padlock in it. It would be kwl if they spruced it up especially for younger peps.

 

And let us swear accidentally, allot. Honestly I don't think there's any kids here except for the "My account was banned" threads and let's face it, they probably swear all day.

 

Actually RedEye there were and still is, just in different forum sections. I started participating on here in 2011 and when I did, I hardly contributed until this Xbox 1 forum section came out. In 2012 in the Minecraft section there were a lot of young peps.
I'm still friends with several of them and I made some really good friends too. I think there are still some today. This is the only forum site I participate on. It does look far too sterile, but Microsoft has standards and it's good to know. When I come on
this site I don't need to worry about viruses or annoying ads. There use to be a sticky looking for friends in the Minecraft section but some mojo unstickied it and as a result, the forum section is now littered with I want friends type friends page after
page after page. Even though I know I'm mixing myself with peps on here who are old enough to be my parents, if there's a friendly and interesting topic going on I'll contribute. Not all young peps swear, granted some do it more than others. One of my Australian
friends I joked with her cuz she says the f word several times "I'm counting the number of times you say that word". But after all I don't blame the majority of Xbox peps who don't participate on here maybe because it's usually just a bunch of 40 something
year olds who seem to always be on here or due to the way this forum is formatted. But it's kind of easy to guess a person's age approximately by how they post. Someone on here said the average gamer age on here is 34. Urgh, I'm logging off. But I don't mind
hanging around more mature people it helps me to keep an open mind about other people. And sometimes I get tired of people my age who talk about parties etc that you just want to hang out with a completely different group of people.

i remember these forums before they were changed to what they are now, they used to work a little better, but there is not enough people to warrant a remake, i think they would prefer this site dies, or now that there focusing on xbox for pc more than the
console it may actually get worked on, who knows.
