Xbox forum ranking

Hello, i try to assist in the Xbox one support forums and i don't feel like i should post this there but my forum ranking seems off because i see that i'm level two (2) but as soon as i write a reply for a post i click preview and it appears as i'm level
four (4) if a forum moderator or a forum support official could clear this up for me i'd appreciate it. Thanks

3000 dollar purchase not increasing VIP rank

Seeking assistance to update my VIP ranking have been waiting over a month contacted Xbox support and was told to repost in the forums

Hey StormTrooper301, You would have to check out Epic Games forums, xbox doesn't handle the ranking system in Gears Of War 3

Hey Daft Badger quick question how do i know if i received a Pm because i can't tell is there a notification on the forums that i'll see or something else?

 

If you have email notifications on then you'll get a email telling you.

Or,click on "support" on the green bar at the top of this page,then "xbox forums" on the window that opens & all your discussions & pm's should be there.

 

I'm glad you asked the question, PurpleNurpe, as I see the same thing for my account. My gamercard always reflects Level 2 in the threads (and has since 2008), but when I am composing a post it reflects Level 5. So hope you come back and let us know the
answer if you get one.

The Community User Level isn't a big deal to me, but I've always been curious. I don't post to the forums hugely, but I have knocking around here for about 8 years.

 

It seems as this is a issue that hasn't been reported often by users too forum mods / official support users. I did PM Mister Maka and i d hope i get a response from him

That probably means you'll be level up in a few weeks and I'm on track to hit Level 3 in about eight more years.

 

Alright i mentioned Mister Maka should look into this and asked when a patch will be out he said "I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to speculate on that, but our team is definitely aware of it " I'd mentioned earlier you haven't ranked up in years so they
are aware of your account rank issues. I'd PM him personally if i where you to bring up the issue or maybe PM Mister Beep either one will work. They are both great admins.
