I brought the xbox one s with the code

Today i tried to redeem it and i make it,but i dont have the skin in my inventory

Currently, the only way to obtain the Eon skin is to purchase the Xbox One S Fortnite Eon Bundle. It is not available as an individual purchase for current Xbox owners.

Sorry to hear about the delay that you're dealing with trying to get your skin.

I would say that you should try removing and redownloading your account following the steps here on

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One and see if that helps.

If that doesn't, then yea, it would probably be best for you to contact Epic about your missing content, especially if the code redemption shows on your order history in
Settings>Account>Payment & Billing> Order History
