    Xbox forever stuck on Black Screen


    Hello, I have been trying to restart my console for two days now. I cannot successfully restart my console and bring up the Xbox Trouble Shooter menu, there has been no way for me to do so. I have tried every single possible way of resetting my console, turning it on with the "two beeps", and the console just boots up a black screen, that never changes. I have read through other people's forums with their assistance & I have not been able to replicate the same results.

    For context, I had tried to update my console but the update kept failing. Eventually it gave me the "System Error E100" message. I tried to "Restart Console" but the console shut off without ever restarting. Then I finally tried to turn it on, and it will not give me any other sign than the black screen. Please help me, as there is nothing seemingly helpful for me on the website, and there are no new consoles to buy.

    XBOX One Black screen of death.

    I'm now experiencing what appears to be the same issue as Terrell Watson. My xbox had started behaving glitchy and slow for the past week or so. Then today at start up my Xbox One was stuck at the green loading screen for 10 plus minutes before the screen
    went black. My Xbox One then hung on a blank black screen forever sometimes displaying an icon for a few seconds before going completely black again.

    Mine starts with the warzone background with the operator standing there. Then it goes to a black screen with a rotating load icon in the bottom right of the screen. Stays there forever, wont do a thing. I left it for like 15 minutes and still nothing.
