  1. Xbox forced update, now everything throws an error 0x80070102

Microsoft fixed this today!!!! I was having similar problems after updating my console on Thursday, then yesterday & today it froze here and there, also the system wouldn't even load the settings or the top tabs within the dashboard. I had to sign out
of my profile, at this point i could access the settings/network/advanced/clear alternate mac address. After the console restarted I was notified that an update of about 500mb was available and Xbox One is BACK TO LIFE!!!! THANKS to all fellow members for
taking the time to report the issues and to the Xbox team for the update!

  2. same happened to me. I had to download a file to USB flash drive and factory reset (just systems didn't lose games/data) the console. It seems to have resolved the issue. Just search for Xbox one factory reset and use the link within for those who can't
do it by screen. It involves dl a file then plugging USB flash drive, holding controller sync and eject button while you power up system. You get 2 start up tones and then it boots to a subsystem menu. Look it up. Worked 4 me.

I tried this and I could log out but that didn't help me. Since I could not hardwire my console to the internet my last resort was to reset the console to the factory settings... I unregistered from the preview updates as well...

  7. I have been getting this too. At first it was just a few things that brought this up then it spread like wildfire, even trying to report the error brings up the error. It has gotten to the point where I cant sign in and on the off chance I do it changes
my settings. Also while I was typing this my xbox was updating the Xbox Insider Hub, still cant sign in tho. =D

  9. It definitely makes since that this issue is related to sign-in in some way, because the past week leading up to today I have had weird issues where every time I turned my xbox one it would immediately sign me out and I would get a notification that said
something like "sorry...try signing in with a controller". This happened every time turned my console on which is in Instant-On mode, I was able to sign in just fine afterwards, but it was still annoying to be signed out every time I powered on. This morning
I wake up and turned on my xbox and was greeting with all the issues mentioned in the thread to a T. After several hard resets I was finally able to access the home menu (after waiting nearly 2 minutes for it to appear) and signed out. After that I hard reset
again, signed in, and removed my account and re-added it. Now everything seems to be working again so far.

Have the same problem over here, i managed to sign out of my account by hard resetting my xbox and turning it on then immediately holding down the discover button on both my controller and my xbox and some how it signed me out. But im currently out of town
and dont have internet for my xbox so i cant say how effective it is because i still cant play any games when im not logged into my account because i cant load my saves but overall it is working fine.

I received an update today that seems to have fixed the issue. I haven't tried rebooting again yet because I want to use my console before I find out its not a permanent fix. I disabled the auto sign in as well just in case that messes with it again. So
if you haven't received an update yet keep checking for one and good luck!

Same issue, console seems to be timing out doing anything. Tried hard reset, wired and wireless connection. Tried to do an offline factory reset, but its not registering the bind and eject buttons being pressed at the same time, they work individually, but
wont make the xbox look for the usb. Tried signing out, after a lot of trial an error i did manage to get signed out, but it just froze up again. Was finally able to get into the setting menu for a few seconds and it does say the last update failed, no idea
    why but it did.
