    Hello!

    I just recently installed XBOX on Windows 10.Sadly i did'nt like it because it was super buggy and it keeps me signing out.I got a bunch of problems please check this list out:

    1. The app takes too long and fills with lots of bugs.

    2. When i record something,the recording tab was changed.

    3. It keeps me signed out on my XBOX account.

    4. The app keeps me asking on buying XBOX Game Pass.

    5. Since i installed the XBOX for Windows 10 App,My old app which is the
    XBOX Console Companion takes too long to open.

    How do i fix this?I tried resetting it and reinstalling it but still doesn't work.Please help me!Thanks!

    Thanks for helping but i figured it out. You need to sign in from the worlds menu instead of the main menu since i guess the popup box crashes the menu. Now the only problem is that it wont keep me signed in but thats not too bad

    Hi Dennis,

    Thank you for keeping us updated on the situation. I spoke with one of my colleagues and we came to the conclusion that it's possible your account is still signed into the Xbox app programmed into Windows 10 PC's since you played Microsoft Minesweeper. This
    is causing the account to still be linked to other Microsoft services like Bing.

    Check the Xbox App and make sure you are fully signed out from the Xbox app too:

    Can't access messages

    I have the same problem. Even deleting ALL messages using Smartglass Beta did not help - Xbox App keeps crashing as soon as I go to the messages section. On Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile.
